“The cost of health insurance is one of the biggest challenges small business owners face. Virginia stepped up and passed a bill that allows job creators—including individuals who are self-employed—to pool their resources and expand access to affordable health care options that would be out of reach otherwise. Now, the Biden administration is attempting to block this law.

“Main Street America is the driver of our economic success, and the Biden administration’s out of touch regulatory policies are cutting the legs out from under small businesses and working Americans. At the federal level, we must pass innovative health care solutions like the Association Health Plans Act which increases health coverage options for job creators, cuts health insurance costs in half, and levels the playing field between small and larger businesses.”
